If you sign in with Google, we may process your Firebase user ID, email address, display name, and profile photo URL.

2.2 Voice and text content

To provide speech-to-text and text transformation features, we process audio you record in the app, transcription text, and voice-instruction input/output.

2.3 Usage and subscription information

We may process usage counters, tier/subscription status, and purchase metadata required for billing validation.

2.4 Device and diagnostics

We and integrated service providers may process device/app metadata and diagnostic signals needed to operate and improve the service.

3. How We Use Data

  • Provide speech-to-text and voice instruction features
  • Authenticate users and protect account access
  • Enforce usage limits and subscription tiers
  • Store and display transcription history
  • Detect abuse/fraud and improve reliability

4. Permissions Used

  • Microphone: record speech for transcription
  • Overlay: display floating mic controls across apps
  • Accessibility Service: insert transcribed text into focused text fields only when you trigger the action
  • Notifications: foreground service status (Android 13+)

VoxFlow may rely on providers such as:

  • Google Firebase (Auth, database, cloud functions, analytics as configured)

  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), if ads are enabled

We retain account and app data as needed to provide the service and fulfill security, legal, and operational needs. Temporary processing artifacts are minimized where possible.

VoxFlow is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
