This Privacy Policy explains how VoxFlow collects, uses, and protects information when you use the VoxFlow Android app.

2.1 Account information
If you sign in with Google or use a supported review/manual sign-in flow, we may process your backend account id, email address, display name, and profile photo URL.
2.2 Voice and text content
To provide speech-to-text and text transformation features, we process audio you record in the app, transcription text, and voice-instruction input/output.
2.3 Usage and subscription information
We may process usage counters, tier/subscription status, and purchase metadata required for billing validation.
2.4 Device and diagnostics
We and integrated service providers may process device/app metadata and diagnostic signals needed to operate and improve the service.

- Provide speech-to-text and voice instruction features
- Authenticate users and protect account access
- Enforce usage limits and subscription tiers
- Store and display transcription history
- Detect abuse/fraud and improve reliability
4. Permissions Used
- Microphone: record speech for transcription
- Overlay: display floating mic controls across apps
- Accessibility Service: insert transcribed text into focused text fields only when you trigger the action
- Notifications: foreground service status (Android 13+)
5. Third-Party Services
VoxFlow may rely on providers such as:
- Google Sign-In / Credential Manager
- Google Play Billing
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), if ads are enabled
- Speech/LLM API providers used by backend configuration (for example OpenAI and/or Groq)
6. Data Retention
Account and app data are retained while your account is active unless deleted earlier.
When we fulfill a deletion request, account-facing data is deleted and minimal billing, support, or anti-abuse records may be retained for up to 30 days where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Temporary audio processing artifacts are intended to be minimized where possible.
7. Children's Privacy
VoxFlow is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
8. Your Choices
- You can sign out at any time.
- You can request account/data deletion at vox-flow.app/delete-account.
- You can manage ad personalization in your Google/device settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
