Delete your VoxFlow account
This page explains how to request deletion of your VoxFlow account and associated backend data.

In-app path
- Open VoxFlow.
- Go to Settings.
- Open the Account section.
- Tap Request account deletion.
- Follow the support instructions shown in your browser or email app.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@vox-flow.app with the subject "VoxFlow account deletion request" and include any account email or sign-in details you used.
3. Data deleted when we fulfill your request
- Account profile data and session data
- Manual-token mappings tied to your account
- Transcription history and request history stored on our backend
- Usage counters and account-facing backend records linked to your account
4. Data we may keep temporarily
We may retain minimal billing, security, and support records for up to 30 days after your request is fulfilled.
Examples of temporary retained data may include:
- Support request metadata needed to confirm the deletion was processed
- Minimal billing or anti-abuse records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
These retained records are not used to keep your account active in the app.
5. Data on your device
Server-side deletion does not automatically erase data already stored on your personal device.
To remove local app data from your device, uninstall the app or clear the app's storage in Android system settings.
